Data Encryption & Retention

All client audit reports and workstation assessments are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Records are retained for 24 months after project completion, then securely purged. Access logs are reviewed weekly.

Role-Based Access

Only assigned ergonomics consultants and the compliance officer can view site-specific floor plans and safety signage layouts. Multi-factor authentication is required for all remote dashboard logins.

Incident Response Plan

A dedicated response team is reachable within 30 minutes during business hours. Breach notifications are sent to affected clients within 12 hours. Annual tabletop exercises test our containment and recovery procedures.

Outcome: Recommendations are advisory; implementation and worker training remain the client’s responsibility.

Workplace Flow Configuration

Scope: Layout design for low-stress physical workflows, including anti-fatigue matting, tool balancers, and micro-break scheduling.
Limitation: Our assessments are observational and do not replace a full biomechanical analysis by a certified professional ergonomist.
Outcome: Suggested changes aim to reduce fatigue but cannot eliminate all physical strain inherent to manual labor.

Safety Signage Advisory

Scope: Optimization of floor markings, lane separators, and visual cues in logistics warehouses and industrial zones.
Limitation: We reference international standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) but do not certify compliance. Local regulations may vary.
Outcome: Recommendations are based on observed traffic patterns and industry best practices, not on a formal safety audit.
